Claire Duffy has 25 years of experience in arts management, and senior management in business, non-profits, and government. She is an experienced facilitator, strategic planner, and communications adviser who runs her own coaching and professional development business.

Claire was formerly Director of Strategy at the Australia Council, Director of the branch that looked after all the state’s cultural institutions at the NSW Ministry for the Arts, head of public programs at the National Maritime Museum, General Manager of Sydney Youth Orchestra, and Corporate Planning and Strategy Advisor in a non-profit in health. She’s on the Board of Gondwana Choirs and has previously been a Director of Beyond Online Ltd. She has a Masters degree in Public Policy (with merit) and a BA DipEd. She’s a long term chorister with Sydney Philharmonia.
