Luke Nestorowicz is an experienced management consultant in the not-for-profit, NGO and commercial media sectors.
He has consulted around marketing (with an emphasis on branding, CRM strategy, customer analytics and general strategy), sponsorship and philanthropy. With another long-standing interest in Organisational Development research he has worked with CEOs and executive teams around OD projects including realignment, design and general change management.
Prior to consulting roles, he was Deputy General Manager, Sydney Theatre Company; and Director, Strategy for Sydney Symphony, having originally joined as the first Director of Marketing following the orchestra’s corporatisation. In earlier times he was Head of Marketing for the Melbourne International Festival for the Arts, working with Artistic Directors Richard Wherrett and Leo Schofield and Head of Commercial Distribution and Exhibition for the State Film Centre of Victoria, where he was also part of the steering group for the establishment of the Australian Centre for the Moving Image at Federation Square. He has studied at RMIT, Melbourne Business School and the Australian Graduate School of Management.
