I have developed strong general management skills including an excellent working appreciation of all financial matters from my career as a Chartered Accountant, followed by my leadership of the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra and the Australian National Academy of Music.

These skills have been complemented by involvement in a variety of business, cultural and community activities, often in a leadership role.

The development of the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra as a highly successful organisation recognised internationally for its artistic achievements and nationally for its innovation and leadership is a testament to my ability to develop motivated and determined teams both within and without the organisation.
